Book Coaching Programme | Write Your Book with Support | Kim Vermaak
You have the book idea. Now let's
write it.
You’ve been thinking about writing your book for long enough.
Your book is already in you.
Maybe the idea has been in your head for years. Maybe you have pages of notes, half-written chapters or voice notes full of ideas. Or maybe you know exactly what you want to say, but you just can’t seem to get it all onto the page.
If you’re serious about writing your book, I can help you turn the idea into a manuscript.
We’ll work together to bring some structure to your ideas, get clear on what you want your book to say and create a plan that gets you writing.
This is one-on-one coaching for writers who are ready to make their book a priority.
This isn’t another book-writing online course.
You know the kind.
You buy it. You watch a few videos and then you get busy with life. And before you know it, your book is still sitting on your computer six months later.
My Book Coaching Programme is different.
We work together over six months, with
structure, guidance and accountability to help you keep making progress.
You still have to write the book.
I’m not your ghostwriter. I won’t sit down and write the book for you.
My job is to help you work out
what you actually want to say, who you’re saying it to, how your ideas fit together,
and what you need to do next.
And then I’ll help you keep moving.
Let’s explore the journey together.
What I bring to the table
I know this journey because I’ve walked it myself.
I’ve written and published several books, published on Amazon and sold books through premium bookstore brands. I’ve also worked with and interviewed many authors, helped develop books and been involved in book launches.
So when I work with you, I’m not only thinking about getting the words onto the page.
I’m thinking about you as the writer too.
What do you want this book to do? Why are you writing it? How does it fit into the work you’re already doing? And what could it open up for you once it’s written?
Your book can become part of your business, your speaking, your personal brand or simply something you’ve always wanted to do.
But I also understand that writing a book can bring up a lot more than the practical challenge of getting the words written.
Imposter syndrome can creep in.
You might find yourself wondering whether you really have anything worth saying, or whether you are actually qualified to write this book.
And then there’s getting stuck.
You know you have something to say, but you can’t quite work out how to say it, where it belongs in the book or what needs to come next.
I understand that because I’ve been there myself.
So my role isn’t simply to tell you to “write more”.
It’s to help you work through what’s getting in the way, make sense of what you’re trying to say and find a practical way forward.
And then help you keep moving towards the book you came here to write.
